MANIFESTO
Purpose of forming this organization.
Brief background and causes that let to this organization.
Pakistan where we are residing in had completed her 53rd, birthday, but when we
take a view on our political, Economical and social life of our country we find
a strange and different situation here. Every society can be judged from its
people. The appearance and glimpse of its people are very disappointing, there
seems no hope and probability, even majority of masses have only one purpose
left for them, and that is how to prolong their existence. on the other side
when we see, no single member of this society have any better plain for their
future. Our youths, whom we depend on that they will carry on our purpose of
society, who will built our society, are completely hopeless, disappointed and
purpose less. They are wasting, destroying and misusing their precious time. Our
elders have no assets to present these hopeless and energetic youths. During
last 53 years of our independence this nation have got no adequate political,
economical and social system.
We are of the opinion that change can be brought through evolutionary process,
because these people are not capable for bringing a violent revolutionary change
for bringing a change there must be an organization who will lead the masses and
take them towards change, which in our opinion does not exist. The masses are
scattered and directionless, these factor are responsible for creating hostile
clash and enmity among different nationalities and communities.
THESE.
Above mentioned factors and circumstances is the cause, which has leaded us
towards formation of U.W.O. We are also of the opinion that we can not leave
these helpless people on the mercy of circumstances, instead of that we can do
so many positive action, firstly by making it possible and easy to provide every
person the available remedies through this organization. Educate these people
and will make the process of social awareness fast by adopting different means
of communication to educate the deprived masses.
NOW.
We think that this organization through his program of social an environmental
awareness will make the people aware about their environment economical and
social rights. The biggest task before this organization is to make aware about
all the rights and adopt the necessary where these rights can be achieved. The
world is shrinked and any problem that arises is not an isolated phenomenon,
e.g. the 11th September’s incident effected the world and changed everything,
any specific time and space but it is of a wide universal concern. So any
problem, which arises in any corner of the world, can be discussed and removed
with collaboration of world community and international associations. These were
the above mention circumstances which led us towards formation of this
organization and through this declaration we appeal and seek assistance and help
from international, social organizations and agencies to give and helping hand
for the better solution of all the problems through cooperation and social
awareness. To every human being, group, nation, country, continent, religion,
regardless of national, geographical, continental boundaries, regardless of
religion color, race, discrimination to join hands in hands work for Universal
and Human progress and development.

Topics:
1.Education 2. Child Labor (Legal Aspects) 3. Juvenile justices. 4. Child Rights
5. Children in Drug and Sexual Abuse. 6. Minorities 7.Woman’s trafficking and
rights 8. Refuge crises 9. Rebuilding and preservation of Bameyan’s statues as
archeological heritage of all human beings 10.Campaign against forced child
soldiering.
Areas of responsibility and Function in and out of Quetta.
1. Projects:
elimination of child labor and Provision of free education.
Methods: Through advocacy creating awareness about the rights of children in
society & making the society realized that it can also share its duties to make
children fruitful products.
Provision of Education:
Methods: through theoretical and practical education, it means making children
responsible and aware about their rights importance in society as well as other
peoples rights towards them. Practical education means through technical
education for example we have a person who is expert in electronics who have
invented so many electronic devices through his knowledge and is ready to offer
his services. we can in a shortest and cheapest and means we can make good and
productive materials out of the working children.
Child Protection:
Methods: through co-operation with government NGOS working for child issues to
implement the laws and rules. Concerning child labor and bring those laws from
pile of thrown papers to concrete and practical form. We believe that one can
not achieve his/her goals until and laws are strictly implemented.
Economics Protection: we can suggest government and NGOS
to make fruitful economic planes to eliminate poverty even then we can protect
children and make them a good human beings and can preserve their rights.
Social Status: through convincing people the importance of children in
society that our future is in the hands of today’s child, if our today’s is not
good, we can not hope a better and bright future. Publishing literatures to
expand our Philosophy of child’s importance social status in society. To explode
the media about the social status of children and issues.
Encouragement of abilities: Methods: through encouraging the children’s
who can not afford the education and got capacity to change the world, and we
can also sponsor the brilliant working children who is having financial
problems. Any society can not call it self civilized until it pays attention and
respect to Minorities, children and woman who are the most deprived, miserable
every Where in the world so is the case here in Pakistan.

Elimination of discrimination against women and creating awareness in society
about the rights of women and provision of education.
Refuge Crises.
Most of the countries in the world face refuge problems. The same is here In
Pakistan with Afghan refuges, who is also the most deprived, miserable and
Effected by 25year of war in Afghanistan.

Especially after 11th September now they are in worse condition. Around 80/90
thousands is taking refuge in Chaman in –7/8 C. The same is in the rest of The
other areas of Balochistan.and still the influx is increasing.
4. Projects:-To provide emergence assistance
and monitor the situation for example protecting and making refuges aware of
fake organization and N.G.Os.
Targets Achieved Yet:- More then 1000 work
out of which 500 are registered and hundred are being educated. And we have also
accommodated orphan Afghan children who suffered during along period of war in
Afghanistan. And we have also taken the notice of child abuses. Disclosing fake
N.G.O looting Afghan refuges. Opened a school for provision of free education to
refuges. Creating awareness through advocacy in society about the child rights,
women rights, minority’s rights and refuges rights. Publishing newsletters etc.
